WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

The tourist complex Luxé is located in the municipality of Guatapé by The Charlee, in the village of “Los Naranjos”. The main access is 2 kilometers on the left after “La Piedra de El Peñol”, on Medellín – Guatapé direction.

IS THE ACCESS ROAD PAVED?

The village road is with a tread plate and in the last section, it is an uncovered road.

WHAT SHOULD I PRESENT FOR THE CHECK-IN?

When checking in, guests must present:

• Original identification document. (Photos are not allowed).
• Colombian guests not residing in the country must present an identity card or passport used to enter the country on their last visit.
• Foreigners must present their passport.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN THE CABIN?

Our cabins and apartments have different lodging capacities:

• Cabin type A: 4 people max.
• Cabin type B: 6 people max.
• Cabin type C: 12 people max.
• Apt without jacuzzi: 4 people max.
• Apt with jacuzzi: 4 people max.

WHAT DOES THE ACCOMMODATION INCLUDE?

Private parking, transportation within the condominium and the use of common areas. This includes the access to the reservoir in our private beach.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

• Cleaning services.
• External transport.
• Activities/consumption not previously specified.
• Access to common areas of the hotel, such as the pool and jacuzzis, incurs a daily resort fee per person.

WHAT DO THE CABINS INCLUDE?

All cabins are equipped with kitchen utensils, as well as personal hygiene items, an ironing board, and a fireplace.

DO YOU HAVE TO PAY 100% OF THE RESERVATION VALUE?

Yes. To guarantee your reservation, you must make the payment of 100% of its entirety.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do not make returns; our clients have five (5) business days before their arrival to change the date of the reservation in case of any development.

IS THE ENTRY OF MINORS ALLOWED?

Children or minors can enter the hotel in the company of their parents presenting the original civil registry or under authenticated authorization from them.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes. We are a Pet Friendly hotel. Pets have a fee per night of $50,000.
